How the Process Works

Free Legal Consultation & LLC Set-Up
Your free chance to ask questions and learn about the process. We discuss your situation, goals, and any market-specific considerations. Then, when you’re ready, we establish your Montana LLC in a business day. -
Transfer Vehicle Title
You provide us with RV titling documents from the seller. We handle all the paperwork and legwork to register your RV in Montana. You receive Montana license plates and title (and pay no sales tax!!). -
Ongoing Support
Each year, we file your Annual Report with the Montana Secretary of State. We’ll also remind you when it’s time to renew the registration on your vehicles, and we’ll pick-up and send you your updated registration and stickers. We can also produce duplicate titles, registrations, or resolve other issues with the Montana motor vehicle department.
Special Considerations for RV Owners
